The renderer clearly states that the image is not his/hers: "La imagen no es mia, solo la encontré en Internet." He/She may have rendered it without the artist's permission but neither did he/she claim it to be his/hers. The only thing he/she did claim is rendering the image. Often, renderers do not seek permission from the original artist simply because they render so many images. But never have I seen a rendered claim a piece of work that they rendered to be theirs. And of course if you bothered to check, I also linked the original artwork. I for one do my research and give credit where credit is due. I simply thanked this person for rendering the image instead of having to do it myself. There are many renders of this image and I found this to be the best one I could find. So before you start pointing fingers and making accusations, think carefully. Dear.
I see, if the artist is fine with it than it's all good. I too check my sources, but not on this one since I was dealing with a lot of thieves yesterday. I was just making sure Haato knew others used their image because I've seen people use the "Oh, they said I can use it" excuse.
Also, I do not speak Spanish. I simply saw that it looked the same as Haato's.
